Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us:

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement, for example by post or by email. You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, all payments received from you in connection with this contract will be reimbursed without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which notice of your withdrawal is received.

The reimbursement will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you. You will not be charged any fees because of the reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

In the case of a contract for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right of withdrawal expires before the end of the withdrawal period if performance has begun after the consumer:

  1. has expressly agreed that performance should begin before the end of the withdrawal period,
  2. has acknowledged that by giving that consent they lose their right of withdrawal once performance begins, and
  3. has received confirmation of the contract on a durable medium.

If these conditions have not been properly met, the consumer retains the statutory right of withdrawal.

You may also declare your withdrawal in any clear form, for example by email. Use of the model withdrawal form is not mandatory.
